Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven agency sales manager to lead and develop a team of insurance agents in Jaipur. The role requires strong leadership, sales expertise, and excellent people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Recruitment & Development: Identify, recruit, and train insurance advisors/agents.
• Sales Target Achievement: Drive business through the agency channel and ensure monthly sales targets are met.
• Team Management: Motivate, coach, and support agents to improve productivity and sales quality.
• Market Expansion: Develop local market knowledge and implement strategies for business growth.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and agents.
• Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, maintain MIS reports, and report to Area/Branch Manager.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in any stream.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in agency/field sales (insurance sector preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Knowledge of local Jaipur market and language
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
