We are hiring an experienced Agency Development Manager for a leading Life Insurance Company. The role involves managing and developing a network of life insurance advisors, driving sales, and achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of life insurance advisors.
- Drive insurance sales through advisors to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing support to the sales team.
- Develop strong market intelligence to gain competitive edge in the area.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-driven.
- Local candidates preferred due to the need for strong area knowledge.
