Job Summary:
We are hiring an energetic and goal-orientated Agency Development Manager (ADM) to recruit and develop a high-performing team of insurance advisors. The ADM will play a key role in achieving sales targets through the agency channel and ensuring long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of Agents: Identify and onboard life insurance advisors from the open market.
• Training & Development: Provide product and sales training to newly recruited advisors.
• Business Generation: Drive sales through agents and meet monthly business targets.
• Team Management: Motivate and monitor advisors to improve performance and retention.
• Market Expansion: Explore new markets and strategies for growth.
• Reporting: Maintain daily activity reports and update sales progress to reporting managers.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation (in any stream) is mandatory.
• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (BFSI or field sales preferred).
• Age: 24 to 40 years
• Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Should own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
• Local candidates preferred.
