We are seeking an B2B Sales executive to grow and lead an active network of insurance advisors in Aurangabad. This role involves strategy-driven field activities, advisor training, and achieving monthly goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide regular training and performance feedback
- Lead, guide, and support a team of Sales Officers
- Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-up activities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation (Any stream) – Mandatory
- Graduate with 2+ years of sales experience
- Strong interest in marketing and sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
