Job Description   
We are seeking an B2B Sales executive to grow and lead an active network of insurance advisors in Aurangabad. This role involves strategy-driven field activities, advisor training, and achieving monthly goals.

 Roles & Responsibilities:  

  • Provide regular training and performance feedback
  • Lead, guide, and support a team of Sales Officers
  • Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-up activities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals

 
 Qualification & Experience: 

  • Graduation (Any stream) – Mandatory
  • Graduate with 2+ years of sales experience
  • Strong interest in marketing and sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
