Job Title: Sales Team Leader – BFSI
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven sales team leader to manage a team of field sales executives in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team performance, sales target achievement, and driving business through financial product sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales executives/advisors
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through team efforts
- Monitor and improve individual team member performance
- Guide team members in fieldwork, client meetings, and closures
- Ensure timely lead follow-ups and daily reporting
- Maintain strong client relationships and market presence
- Coordinate with management for sales strategy and planning
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduation (Any stream) is mandatory
- 2+ years of experience in BFSI sales (Insurance, Loans, Banking, Finance)
- Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills
- Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license
- Local candidates preferred
