Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Life Insurance

Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced and goal-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee and manage sales operations within a defined geographical area. The ASM will be responsible for driving life insurance business through a team of sales managers and advisors, ensuring target achievement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Plan and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Team Leadership: Manage and guide a team of Sales Managers, Development Managers, and Advisors.
• Performance Monitoring: Track individual and team performance metrics and take corrective actions.
• Market Development: Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
• Field Support: Conduct joint fieldwork and regular client meetings with team members.
• Reporting: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business performance updates for senior leadership.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduation (Any stream) is a must
• 2–5 years of experience in life insurance sales or BFSI with team-handling experience
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
• Should own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Good knowledge of the local market preferred
