Field Sales Executive
Job Description
We are hiring a proactive and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth through on-ground activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit prospective customers in assigned areas to pitch products or services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Collect market information and report on competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- 2–5 years of experience in field sales
- Strong communication, negotiation
- Must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license
