We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to manage and motivate our sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Identify training needs and organize skill development sessions for the team.
- Drive lead generation activities and support team members in closing deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is must
- 2–5 years of proven experience in sales
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent communication
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
