Job Description   
We are seeking an Agency Development Manager to grow and lead an active network of insurance advisors in Aurangabad. This role involves strategy-driven field activities, advisor training, and achieving monthly goals.

 Roles & Responsibilities:  

  • Lead and guide the inside sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals
  • Meet monthly lead and conversion targets
  • Responsible for Sales target related to product in area/region assigned.

Qualification & Experience: 

  • Graduation (Any stream) – Mandatory
  • Experience: 2+ years in sales/marketing (insurance, finance, FMCG, or similar)
  • Prior team leadership and sales training experience required
  • Confident in objection handling and closing deals
