Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 8–15 field sales executives or officers
- Drive sales of products/services (financial products, FMCG, telecom, etc.) within assigned territory
- Set and monitor team targets; ensure monthly and quarterly goal achievement
- Conduct regular field visits, training, and joint sales calls with the team
- Analyze local market trends and execute area-specific business plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms
- Prepare performance reports and share updates with Regional Sales Manager
- Coordinate with internal departments for service support and campaign execution
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any stream;
- 2–4years of relevant experience in field sales and team leadership
- Must have handled multiple locations or districts in Rajasthan
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of local markets, customer behavior, and competition
- Must own a two-wheeler and Android phone
- Immediate joiners preferred
