Job Description

Key Sales Manager to lead high-value client relationships, drive strategic sales initiatives, and manage a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Manage relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales executives to optimize performance
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare detailed performance reports
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify growth opportunities
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking forums

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in  any Stream.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or Marketing
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Experience in B2B sales or enterprise-level account management
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
