Job Description

We are seeking an Sales & Marketing Development to grow and lead an active network of insurance advisors. This role involves strategy-driven field activities, advisor training, and achieving monthly goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage a team of sales executives in achieving monthly targets

– Share daily work updates

– Build good customer relationships

– Follow up consistently to drive conversions

Qualification & Experience:

– Graduation (Any stream) – Mandatory

– Experience: 2+ years in sales/marketing (insurance, finance, FMCG, or similar)

– BFSI experience preferred

– Strong communication and negotiation skills

– Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
