Job Description
Outside Sales Manager to lead a team of field sales representatives, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective field sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Recruit, train, and mentor outside sales representatives to enhance performance
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects
- Conduct regular field visits to support team members and engage with customers
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare performance reports for senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel extensively and manage teams
