Job Title: Sales Manager – BFSI
Location: Ajmer
Job Summary:
We are hiring a highly motivated and goal-orientated sales manager to lead and grow our sales team in the BFSI domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, managing a team, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through field visits, lead conversion, and client relationship management.
- Analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and implement sales strategies.
- Monitor daily performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, underwriting, and operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in BFSI.
- Proven experience in team handling and achieving business targets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and lead from the front.
- Strong understanding of financial products (insurance, loans, mutual funds, etc.).
