Job Title: Associate Sales Manager – BFSI

Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and ambitious associate sales manager to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new customers, managing sales operations, and meeting assigned revenue targets within the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, documentation, and customer service.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and present them to the management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in BFSI.
• Good understanding of financial and insurance products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven individual.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
