Job Summary:
We are hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to promote and sell insurance products to individuals and businesses. The role involves lead generation, client interaction, product explanation, and policy sales. A customer-focused and target-driven approach is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and references.
- Assist clients in completing application forms and documentation.
- Provide after-sales service and policy renewal support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduates preferred.
- Prior experience in sales or insurance is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-orientated and self-motivated.
- Willingness to work in field-based sales roles.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products is preferred.
