Job Title: Sales Strategy & Support Manager
Location: Jodhpur
Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and collaborative Sales Strategy & Support Manager to work closely with the sales leadership team. This role will be responsible for designing sales strategies, monitoring performance, enabling sales processes, and supporting the field sales teams with tools, insights, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor key performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales goals with organizational priorities.
- Develop dashboards, performance trackers, and MIS reports to support field teams and management.
- Conduct sales forecasting, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Identify process gaps and implement solutions for better efficiency and sales enablement.
- Support onboarding and training initiatives for new sales staff, including tools and reporting systems.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate/postgraduate in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in sales strategy, business planning, or sales operations (preferably in BFSI or similar industries).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and BI tools.
- Experience in designing sales models, incentive programs, or strategic frameworks.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and support a fast-paced sales environment.
