Job Title: Field Sales Officer – BFSI

Location: Udaipur

Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-orientated Field Sales Officer to join our BFSI team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, onboarding customers, and achieving sales targets through field visits and client interactions. This is a client-facing role that requires a strong understanding of banking/insurance/financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers through direct field sales.
• Promote and sell banking, loan, investment, or insurance products.
• Conduct market surveys and generate leads from various sources.
• Follow up on leads and close sales effectively.
• Submit daily sales reports and client feedback to the manager.
• Participate in promotional and marketing activities to drive product awareness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 2+ years in BFSI field sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
