Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive insurance sales representative to sell various insurance products and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and digital leads.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and handle client objections professionally.
- Ensure proper documentation, policy issuance, and post-sales service.
- Maintain relationships with clients for renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and customer engagement events.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and company offerings.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate in any stream
- Experience: 2+ years experience in sales, marketing, and business development
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good communication in local language and basic English
- Customer-focused approach
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
