Position: Insurance Sales Representative

Role Objective:
To generate leads, acquire new customers, and sell insurance products by understanding customer needs and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explain policy benefits and help clients choose suitable plans.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets consistently.
• Maintain client relationships for renewals, upgrades, and cross-selling.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely policy issuance.
• Participate in marketing and customer engagement activities.
• Stay informed on insurance market trends and competitor offerings.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduate Any Stream
• Experience: 2+ years experience in sales
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of insurance products
• Strong negotiation & selling ability
• Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude
