Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Senior Sales Manager to join our Agency Channel team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of field sales experience, a good understanding of the local market, and a strong passion for sales and customer interaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert them into business.
Assist in training and developing newly onboarded agents.
Maintain sales data and provide regular performance reports.
Conduct regular field visits and support agents in client meetings.
Provide on-field training and sales support to agents.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduation (Any stream) – Mandatory
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or direct sales.
Strong knowledge of the local market and customer behavior.
Excellent team leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
