Job Title: Relationship Officer – Insurance Sales
Job Summary:
We are hiring a dynamic and customer-orientated relationship officer to drive insurance sales and build lasting client relationships. The candidate will play a key role in generating leads, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers for insurance products through field visits, tele-calling, and referrals.
- Understand clients’ insurance needs and suggest suitable life, health, or general insurance policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Maintain proper documentation and update client interactions in CRM systems.
- Participate in marketing activities, campaigns, and customer outreach events.
- Stay updated with insurance products, features, and industry regulations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduation preferred
- Experience: 2+ years in insurance/BFSI sales
- Skills: Good communication, sales ability, customer handling
- Other: Age 24–38 years, basic smartphone usage, local travel readiness
