You’ll be responsible for recruiting and managing insurance advisors and driving business through them. Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified insurance advisors (agents) from your local network
Provide training, motivation, and ongoing support to ensure advisor success
Drive life insurance sales through the agency network
Meet monthly business targets and ensure persistency of policies
Conduct regular field visits and joint calls with agents
Maintain a strong local presence and build lasting relationships in your assigned area
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers and candidates with sales/marketing/fieldwork experience preferred)
Language: Proficiency in local language + basic English
Location: Candidates must be from the local area or willing to relocate immediately
