Job Summary
Join our growth-focused team as a Business Development Officer. In this role, you will build a network of local professionals and guide them to generate sales for our financial products. Full training and development support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard part-time sales professionals from your local market
- Educate and support the team to convert leads and retain customers
- Conduct field meetings and regular mentoring sessions
- Ensure achievement of targets and product penetration in assigned region
- Build strong market-level relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years of B2C or field sales experience
- Good communication in local language; basic English preferred
- Willing to travel and operate locally
