Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic field sales officers to promote and sell financial products. The role involves fieldwork, lead generation, and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell banking/insurance/loan products through field visits
• Identify and acquire new customers
• Generate leads via cold calling and local market activities
• Explain product features and complete documentation
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Maintain customer relationships for repeat business

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Any Graduate preferred
• Experience: 2 years in BFSI/field sales
• Skills: Good communication, convincing power, target-driven
• Other: Local area knowledge, two-wheeler preferred
