Job Summary:
We are hiring an enthusiastic and target-driven Associate Sales Manager to drive business growth through effective lead conversion and client relationship management. The role involves field sales, customer acquisition, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through field visits, references, and cold calling.
- Convert leads into long-term clients by offering suitable financial/insurance products.
- Manage customer relationships and provide after-sales service.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth policy issuance and customer support.
- Participate in local marketing activities and campaigns.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate (Any Stream); MBA Preferred
- Experience: 1–4 years in Sales (Insurance, BFSI, FMCG, Telecom preferred)
- Age Limit: 21 to 35 years
- Skills: Sales-driven, good communication, client handling skills
- Other: Two-wheeler with license preferred
