Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager
Location: Jaipur

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Sales Manager to support sales targets by managing client relationships, generating leads, and coordinating with internal teams for seamless execution. This role includes both individual contributions and supporting field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for insurance/financial products.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for cross-selling and renewals.
• Assist in setting and achieving monthly sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and customer meetings.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare daily sales reports and share updates with the Sales Manager.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduate (any discipline)
• Experience: 1–3 years in sales, preferably in BFSI or Insurance sector.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Goal-driven and self-motivated.
• Local candidates preferred.
