Job Title: Associate Sales Officer

Job Summary:
We are hiring an energetic and target-orientated Associate Sales Officer to drive sales of insurance and financial products. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation through field or direct sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers for insurance/financial products.
• Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and conduct product presentations.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through direct or channel sales efforts.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and service delivery.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline
• Experience: 2+ years in sales (BFSI/Insurance preferred)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel and work in the field
• Self-motivated and result-driven
• Local candidates preferred
