Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Officer to drive sales of banking, insurance, or financial products in the assigned area. The role involves field visits, lead generation, and client acquisition to meet business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers in the field.
- Promote and sell BFSI products (loans, insurance, accounts, credit cards, etc.).
- Conduct market visits, product presentations, and client meetings.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Provide post-sale support and coordinate with internal teams.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Any graduation stream
- Experience: 2+ years in field sales (BFSI experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and selling skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Willing to work in the field and travel locally
- Familiarity with the local market and customer base
