Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Unit Sales Manager to lead a team of advisors/agents and drive business growth through the agency or direct sales channel. The role involves recruitment, training, team management, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business through field sales activities and team performance.
- Monitor individual and team sales targets and ensure goal achievement.
- Conduct joint fieldwork to support advisors and close key deals.
- Organize regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Build and maintain long-term customer and team relationships.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales or team handling (insurance or BFSI preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills
- Result-oriented and able to manage pressure
- Local candidates with market knowledge preferred
