Job Description  
We are looking for a motivated Channel Sales Team Leader to join our Agency Channel team.

 Roles & Responsibilities:  

  • Lead provides by company you need to work on this lead.
  • Ensure your advisors priorities customer needs and deliver exceptional service, providing the right financial solutions.
  • Maintain sales data and provide regular performance reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to upper management

 Qualification & Experience:  

  • Graduation (Any stream) – Mandatory
  • Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or direct sales.
  • Leadership and decision-making ability
  • Monthly team performance bonuses
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
