Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Area Sales Officer-team Leader to join our Agency Channel team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead provides by company you need to work on this lead.
Ensure your advisors priorities customer needs and deliver exceptional service, providing the right financial solutions.
Maintain sales data and provide regular performance reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning
Provide regular performance reports and insights to upper management

Qualification & Experience:

Graduation (Any stream) – Mandatory
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or direct sales.
Leadership and decision-making ability
Monthly team performance bonuses
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
