Job Title: Field Sales Officer – BFSI

Location: Pune

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Officer to drive sales in the BFSI sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, and promoting banking or insurance products through direct field visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and references.
• Explain product features, benefits, and terms to customers clearly.
• Complete customer onboarding processes, including KYC documentation.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for future cross-selling.
• Provide after-sales service and resolve customer queries.
• Submit daily activity and sales reports to the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 2+ years in field sales (BFSI experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of financial products and services.
