Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with leads via phone calls, emails, and messaging to understand their needs.
- Explain the company’s products/services and generate interest.
- Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales representatives.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for lead outreach and meetings booked.
- Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams on customer responses and trends.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Sales, Marketing, Business).
- Experience: 2+ years in sales or telesales (freshers can apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation tools.
