We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Officer to drive insurance product sales and build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will identify client needs, present suitable products, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate policy options.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation as per company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients for renewals, cross-selling, and service.
- Participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and customer meets.
- Provide timely after-sales support and handle customer queries effectively.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 2+ years in sales (insurance/banking preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Willingness to travel for field sales.
