Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new channel partners in assigned territory
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive consistent busines
- Meet and exceed sales targets through channel partners
- Conduct product training and motivate agents/advisors to enhance productivity
- Monitor and evaluate channel performance and suggest improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Conduct regular field visits and generate leads through outdoor activities
- Report daily/weekly sales activities to the reporting manager
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage fieldwork and travel as required
- Proven sales experience, especially in insurance, banking, or FMCG sectors
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Good negotiation and convincing skills
Preferred Candidate:
Residing locally in Rajasthan
Having a two-wheeler and willingness to travel
Prior experience in channel or agency sales preferred
Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives + Travel Allowance
