Sales Executive Officer-Field Sales

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits
• Explain product benefits and convince customers to purchase
• Achieve monthly sales targets through direct customer engagement
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business
• Submit daily sales reports and feedback to the manager
• Participate in promotional and customer acquisition activities
• Ensure complete documentation and application processing

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in field sales and meeting new people
• Target-oriented mindset with a self-driven attitude
• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales
• Basic knowledge of local market trends

  Preferred Candidate:

• Local candidate with area knowledge
• Owns a two-wheeler for travel
• Prior experience in insurance, loans, FMCG, or telecom preferred
