Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals for the position of Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving sales through direct field activity. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to meet targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to promote and sell company products
• Generate leads through cold calls, references, and field networking
• Explain product features and benefits to prospective customers
• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
• Submit daily sales updates and maintain accurate records
• Handle customer queries and ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Coordinate with internal teams for post-sales support
• Maintain market awareness and competitor insights
