Job Description
Role Summary:
We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Officer to drive sales and build strong customer relationships. The role demands field visits, team coordination, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers through field visits and local networking
- Promote and sell financial products such as insurance, loans, or investment plans
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth client onboarding and service delivery
- Provide training and support to junior team members when required
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and market conditions
- Regularly report sales performance to the reporting manager
Candidate Profile:
- Strong field sales experience with a proven track record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Willing to travel locally for client meetings and business development
- Basic knowledge of digital tools for sales reporting and lead management
