Field Sales – Team Leader
Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales – Team Leader to lead and manage a team of sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales executives.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular meetings and field visits with the team to support them in closing deals.
- Track team performance and provide coaching for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Identify new market opportunities to generate business growth.
Requirements:
- Graduation in any stream (mandatory)
- Minimum 2–6 years of experience in field sales
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
