Job Description

We are looking for a driven and goal-oriented Unit Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of sales professionals in the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and manage a team of sales executives/advisors.
  • Provide training, coaching, and motivation to the team to achieve business targets.
  • Drive sales activities and ensure achievement of monthly and yearly targets.
  • Develop business strategies to expand customer base and increase revenue.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance).
  • Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.
  • Good communication, leadership, and people management skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
