Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated and proactive Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable product or service solutions.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Follow up regularly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for customer retention and sales.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2–6 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales, or Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks effectively.
