Job Description

Job Title: Outside Sales Officer

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to acquire new customers for financial/banking/insurance products.
• Pitch and sell products such as loans, insurance, credit cards, or other BFSI offerings.
• Build and manage a strong client pipeline through outdoor meetings and follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities through cold calling, field prospecting, and referrals.
• Ensure timely documentation and KYC compliance for onboarding customers.
• Meet assigned monthly sales targets and maintain daily visit logs.
• Represent the company professionally in the market and maintain good customer relations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
