Job Title: Insurance Sales Executive

Location: Kalyan

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell life/health/general insurance products.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance plans.
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and customer referrals.
• Meet potential clients, explain product features, and close sales.
• Ensure accurate documentation and policy issuance.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Maintain client relationships for renewals and cross-selling.

Candidate Requirements:

• Any graduation is preferred.
• 2+ Years experienced candidates can apply.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Goal-orientated, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Two-wheelers and smartphones are preferred for fieldwork.
