Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales managers and advisors.
- Drive the sales of life, health, or general insurance products through agency or direct channels.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve regional/business targets.
- Monitor and analyze team performance; provide training and motivation to improve results.
- Conduct regular joint fieldwork with team members to ensure high-quality customer engagement.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales and team handling (preferably in BFSI/Insurance).
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Willingness to travel for field activities.
- Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
