Job Description 
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Manager to join our Agency Channel team.

 Roles & Responsibilities:  

  • Build and manage a productive team of financial advisors
  • Guide advisors in lead generation, client meetings, and closing sales
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies

 Qualification & Experience:  

  • Graduation in any stream (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales/marketing (Any sector)
  • Good at team leadership, local market understanding & reporting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the local market is a plus
