Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Agency Development Manager to join our Agency Channel team.

 Roles & Responsibilities:  

  • Build and lead a high-performing agency sales team
  • Identify and recruit qualified insurance advisors
  • Conduct onboarding and product training sessions
  • Support advisors in achieving their sales targets
  • Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results.

 Qualification & Experience: 

  • Must completed Graduation compulsory.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
  • Good at team leadership, local market understanding & reporting
  • Ability to explain and convince customers
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Target-oriented and motivated
