Job Title: Insurance Sales Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and goal-orientated Insurance Sales Officer to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling insurance policies, identifying customer needs, and ensuring excellent client servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers and generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and references.
- Explain insurance products (life/general/health) and their benefits to customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients and offer after-sales service.
- Assist clients with claim settlements and policy renewals.
- Maintain and submit daily sales reports to the manager.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Insurance sales/BFSI/field sales
Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Basic knowledge of insurance products
