Job Description   
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our Agency Channel team.

 Roles & Responsibilities:  

• Conduct field visits to meet clients and understand their financial needs
• Maintain strong relationships with agents, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by generating quality leads.
• Ensure timely submission of reports related to sales performance and market feedback.
• Maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals

 Qualification & Experience:  

• Must completed Graduation compulsory.
• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or direct sales.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and customer behavior.
• Good at team leadership, local market understanding & reporting
