Job Description 
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Agency Channel.

 Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents or channel partners.
  • Stay updated with local market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Explore cross-selling opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Provide timely follow-ups and post-sales support
  • Maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals

 Qualification & Experience: 

  • Must completed Graduation compulsory.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
  • Good at team leadership, local market understanding & reporting
  • Comfortable with fieldwork & managing multiple locations
  • Ability to explain and convince customers
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Target-oriented and motivated
